LALD and Alopecia

Has anyone had any side affects yet? I now have Alopecia Universalis where I've list all body hair....anyone think this is just a coincidence?

Hi Dan,

Very good question. I have not heard anyone with LAL Deficiency experiencing Alopecia Universalis. I will check with the experts to see if they have heard or witnessed anything similar. I will let you know what I hear.

This is a very interesting topic. My child has LAL D and a cousin of my child has Alopecia. Would be very interested to know if they have anything to do with each other.

My son just turned 8 on july 6 and he hasn't had any side effects. He has been doing the treatment now for a year and has been doing great.
