High liver enzimes with treatment

Hi,

My daughter is receiving 18 months of treatment (Kanuma) as a clinical trial 1mg/Kg.
At the moment, cholesterol (HDL/LDL) seems are normalized but the liver enzymes (ALT/AST) still are high.
Some of you are having this problem?

Has your daughter been getting the treatment for 18 months? My boys have seen all the numbers come down, but not completely "normal" but way lower and very close to the normal numbers. They have been getting treatment for 7 months now.

Thanks a lot for your comments.
Our daughter after 1 year and half of treatment still has high liver enzymes.
The rest of the parameters are normally.
